The Opportunity

North Airport Logistics Center is the development of a 476,000 SF, single-building cross-dock industrial campus located approximately one mile north of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in North Houston. Developed in partnership with The Hanover Company, the project is designed to serve modern logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution users seeking scale, efficiency, and immediate access to one of Houston’s most important freight corridors.

The property is positioned within a submarket defined by strong institutional interest, large-format tenant demand, and direct connectivity to I-45, I-69, Beltway 8, and SH-99.
